Questions
Do you charge per seat?
No. Free and Team cover everyone in the workspace. A team of three and a team of thirty pay the same.
Is agent use metered?
Never. Your coding agent can list, read and reply to threads over MCP as often as it likes, on every plan, including Free.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the dashboard, in two clicks. Team stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
What happens to my data when I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Every project and thread is kept. On Free, threads older than 90 days are hidden until you upgrade again, then they come back.
Is there a trial or an annual plan?
No trial, because Free is the trial. No annual plan either. Monthly, flat, cancel when you want.
Who handles payment?
Polar, as merchant of record. They take the card, handle sales tax and VAT, and send the receipts.
What does self hosting cost?
Nothing. The self hosted build runs with billing switched off, so every limit is gone. You run Postgres and a Node server. Read the guide.
